Recently, the Government has recalculated housing need using the very latest data and projections. They warn that the Local Plan would attempt to build 40% more houses than we need. We risk surrounding the town with part finished and abandoned speculative developments.
Your Councillors are committed to avoiding these disastrous consequences by challenging the Plan.
